Senior care yoga all stars at Sunrise of Highland Park with Lisa

Yesterday, Companion Services of America, which services Deerfield, Highland Park, and the surrounding areas, sponsored a yoga class for the residents of Sunrise Assisted Living. One of the residents commented that the yoga class was excellent! I was informed by the concierge director that the residents had a great experience and are looking forward to the next event.
