HALLOWEEN
The history of Halloween originated with the ancient Celtic festival of Samhain (celebration to end the harvest season). It means, “summers end.” People would light bonfires and wear costumes to ward off ghosts. The evening before was known as All Hallows Eve, and latter Halloween. Over time, Halloween evolved into a day of festivities including trick-or-treating, carving jack-o-lanterns, eating treats, and celebrations of festive gatherings. Halloween has always been a holiday filled with mystery, magic and superstition. Every year on October 31st, millions of people celebrate this magical holiday.
HAPPY HALLOWEEN!!!!!!!!
