Employee of the Month – Mary Ross
Our employee of the month is Mary Ross. Mary has been with Companion Services of America since 2008, starting as a certified nursing assistant. She was recently promoted to Manager of Operations, taking on additional managerial responsibilities. Her 18 years in the homecare business has become invaluable in implementing employee-client relations. She is a model employee, and a true magician!! She is a great problem solver, always respecting both the employee and client.
Founder/Owner at Companion Services of America
Jamie Shapiro, founder of Companion Services of America, LLC received a Masters Degree in Clinical Social Work from the University of Chicago. Jamie started her career in psychiatric social work at Northwestern University Institute of Psychiatry. Later, she went on to become the Director of Social Services at Belmont Community Hospital where she developed discharge planning procedures to assist staff in identifying potential patients requiring intervention.
