Companion Services of Deerfield, IL Sponsors Easter Seals 33rd Annual Golf Classic
Steve and I attended the 33rd Annual Golf Classic event at the Grand Geneva Resort and Spa. We sponsored a hole to help raise funds to help continue its programs and services. We are very committed to helping children and their families living with disabilities and Autism Spectrum Disorder. Even though it was cold and rainy, we had a good time and look forward to another fun filled event.

Jamie Shapiro, founder of Companion Services of America, LLC received a Masters Degree in Clinical Social Work from the University of Chicago. Jamie started her career in psychiatric social work at Northwestern University Institute of Psychiatry. Later, she went on to become the Director of Social Services at Belmont Community Hospital where she developed discharge planning procedures to assist staff in identifying potential patients requiring intervention.
