Our family member has been a client of Companion Services of America in Skokie, IL for 5 months.
The staff has been helpful in keeping our loved-one safe, helping with independence and choice, making sure family stays informed, helping with transportation, chores, and much more. Before CSA we were overpaying for unsatisfactory caregivers. Now that CSA is helping us we are comfortable with the pricing and delighted with the quality of care! Jamie Shapiro, founder of Companion Services of America, LLC received a Masters Degree in Clinical Social Work from the University of Chicago. Jamie started her career in psychiatric social work at Northwestern University Institute of Psychiatry. Later, she went on to become the Director of Social Services at Belmont Community Hospital where she developed discharge planning procedures to assist staff in identifying potential patients requiring intervention.
